The intervention on an historical building designed by Richard Karl August Kletting (the Utah State Capitol architect) became for MBGP a stimulating challenge and a fascinating discovery journey. This former nursing home has been renovated and transformed in a single house residence with a deep unveiling work that conducted to unexpected solutions: the ancient pharmaceutical cabinet turned in a wine cave, or the regeneration of walled-up windows are just few examples of this approach. The new internal design is, then, a complete tailored project based on the personality of the client: the use of original arches and furniture, as well as particular materials such as a type of marble with veins that remind Japanese artworks, create a vibrant and recognizable atmosphere that match the taste of the client.
